Hello frens
im using itools for upload music and videos. its very easy and simple but when i updated itunes now itools not workingits say "

unable to ascertain the compatibility of itunes "
Please anyone have solution.

Try to Update your iTools and iTunes

after updating, connect first to iTunes

and do the iTools to Upload/Delete/Modify

i had update itunes and itool too but same problum

You are Windows user? Just install previous version of iTune because newer version itune not support yet on iTools,
search just recent ituneSetup.exe and install then connect phone, your problem will be solve.

I have the latest iTunes an the latest iTools.

And I stil have the (latest) same ****in problem: unable to ascertain the compatibility of itunes

first unistall itunes... bonjour.... apple mobile device support..... and all releed to itunes.... then install itunes 11.1.3.8 ur problem will be solved.... test it
