Unable to Downgrade to 6.1.3 after iOS 7 ! Iphone 4s

Hello ,

Small problem here ! After reading that a downgrade would be possible from the iOS7 i installed it on my Iphone 4s ! I know you have to be a apple developer bla bla bla

After one day i realized that battery is really bad and the bugs are ohh so many ! And tried to downgrade to 6.1.3 !

Entered DFU mode Alt + click restore (on Mac) instalation when on but after i had the Language and Wifi screen and the END , i am now stuck in the :

"This iPhone is currently linked to an Apple ID. Sign in with the Apple ID that was used to set up this iPhone ! " screen !

I tried reeinstalling to the iOS 7 (dfu , etc ) and got stuck in :

"This device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program. If you are a member of the Program, please register your device in the iPhone Developer Program Portal."

Could anybody help me with this ?! It's been bugling me for the last , i'm not going to lie 10 hours i think !

Apple made security lock ( before restore you should turn off find my iphone :-( )
1. Try to activate with id that you use with ios7
2. Register udid account and then restore to ios7

He is restoring ip4s and there is no 6.1.4 for ip4s.
DFU did work for a friend if it is not working for you So register your UDID for 7$'s and get your device back
