Unable to Downgrade to 6.1.3 after iOS 7 ! Iphone 4s

All of you, you can restore to 6.1.3 only iphone 4 and 4s.
About iPhone 5 you can restore it only to 6.1.4
In iOs7 turn off find my iphone in iCloud, and find sowhere in settings something like "link apple id to this iphone" and turn it off.

Hello ,

Back again ! I have nmanaged to register my Phone's UDID as a developer's one !

So now i am stuck on the Pleas enter your apple ID etc thing !

Any ideeas how can i bypass this ?! As every acount that i am ussing and where ussed with the same phone beefore the upgrade to ios7 worked !

After one day i realized that battery is really bad and the bugs are ohh so many ! And tried to downgrade to 6.1.3 !

Entered DFU mode Alt + click restore (on Mac) instalation when on but after i had the Language and Wifi screen and the END , i am now stuck in the :

I tried reeinstalling to the iOS 7 (dfu , etc ) and got stuck in :

Could anybody help me with this ?! It's been bugling me for the last , i'm not going to lie 10 hours i think !

dont u know your apple id??? its a simple thing i think. if u know your apple id just type it and d password thats all. it will even give u a clue by showing the first letter of the apple id

IT means that the iPhone was NOT YOURS.


NOTE:

BEFORE you UPGRADE to iOS 7 BETA,

you know the iCloud ACCOUNT WHAT WAS LOGGED IN ?
