I had a 3GS no imei no Bluetooth no serial number because I changed the baseband iPad ,Last week i changed iPhone from Appel store , I recieved new iPhone 3GS yesterday ,but when I test the serial number it's not a number normal , someone can tell me how we can test this phone is saft for update iPad baseband ,pls........

You need to dessembled the iPhone for verified the baseband is toshiba or nooooot

try to find an iphone serial checker then put a serial number then it will tell you if you have a new o old bootrom 3gs! it will also says that your iphone is safe to flash bb or not!

with serial checker if safe to unlock

do not trust 100% on serial num checker .........because its do not work 100%
you need to dissamble you phone to chek basband ........

its baseband ic problem but before doing hardware just try v4.1 & reflash baseband? you can use redsn0w for flashing baseband,if again same try to change baseband ic
