ipad 2 4.3.5 and 5.0 can jailbreak ?... i want tethered no issue ... bt can jailbreak on both versions ? help

No, you cannot jailbreak on 4.3.5 and 5.0 iPad2. the ONLY version you can jailbreak on is 4.3.3 using jailbreakme.com.
