unlock iphone4, locked to tele2 norway - GSM-Forum

hi, got a iphone locked to tele2 network in norway. is there any way of getting this unlocked?

i have upgraded it so unable to activate it.

i have contacted o2 and they say they can unlock it but i first need to use it to make a call using the o2 simcard which is not possible.

any way of jailbreaking etc, so i ca atleast make use of the o2 sim on the phone for a couple of hours?

or else if any other method what are the costs
