Download PC SUITE :
http://rapidshare.com/files/22557073...e_2.3.1.86.rar
Via PC suite go to directory: /var/root/Library/Preferences/ ,and edit the com.apple.springboard.plist and change the values for "Password Protected" and SBDeviceLockFailedAttempts" to 0 (Zero).

Next delete the keys "SBDeviceLockBlockTimeIntervalSinceReferenceDa te" and "SBDeviceLockGracePeriod" completely. Now restart your iPhone and youre good to go!
