Unlocking IPhone 4 by At&T Question - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I own locked Iphone 4 on Straight Talk, got friend customer of AT&T whose contract expired. I know that At&t unlocking Iphones to *******r who fulfilled theirs contract.
I asked my friend to call AT&T and asked them to unlock my phone claiming thats it is his. He agrees.
It is possible to do it, anybody did it ? Any suggestion how to talk with AT&T representative, what to tell them ?

Yes it is possible to do if he have an account with att and he can help you out. Tell you to call att and say he wants to unlock his iPhone. They will ask him some questions. Give his your iPhone imei number.
