same thing also happens on my Iphone 4 AT&T GSM...4.3.3 bb 2.10.04

no don't try this fix on GSM iPhone 4 because these "Custom Bundles" are for iPhone 4 CDMA i.e Verizon iPhone 4.
Try restoring ios 4.3.3 and give jailbreakme 3.0 another shot

yes sir,,

i have restored my iphone to 4.3.3
but now I am not going to jailbreak it with jailbreak Me.... I will try redsnow..
