man its 2010 and ur still on 1.1.4 ????:P update ur phone to 3.1.2 and use blackrain to jailbreak and unlock search anywhere on this forum or on google u will find how to use blackrain.

check if your imei is blocked,
also try to call emergency number default is 112, if you can't make an emergency call hardware fault

i dial 112 always show Call Failed is that h/w prob?
