weird iphone behaviour

Hello dudes, i have an iphone 4 behaving very strange, i know it was given to a guy who claimed being able to unlock it but i can see clearly signs showing the phone was disassembled for some reason. Anyway the device does show wi-fi N/A , Bluetooth 00:00:00:00:00:00:00 and IMEI : 00 499901 064000 0, baseband is there 4.12.05. Also upgrading the phone directly via itunes always gives error -1, i had to restore it to a custom 5.1.1 firmware in order to be able to jailbreak and access the phone menu ... did anybody face an issue of this kind before ?? any advices ??

If You used Search You should know it's not WEIRD Behavior it's Base-band Problem and this is hardware problem and 90% won't be repaired .

i know very well how to use the search option, i'm aware that it may be a baseband chip failure, i'm wondering about the strange IMEI, where do that come from ??? it is even not a valid iphone IMEI ?!?!
00499 is just default imei that phone will revert to if values computed on phone
don't match values in baseband security area, or seczone otherwise corrupt

only way to hardware unlock ip4 is flash nor direct, if someone can do this
for sure they can close properly, so try to find out what last guy did to mess up
