what is the diference between custom restore and restore and ios
im new user in iphon

Custom is when you create an ipsw file for a iOS version that is not the newest one (like at the moment the 6.0 IS) ... so custom would be to make an ipsw for v. 5.1.1 (if only you have the SHSH saved before that).

The normal restore would be a restore with a v. 6.0 at the moment.

custom file don't contain baseband firmware file,if you want to preserve baseband of any device you have to restore that device with custom firmware
iOS file is iPhone's Operating System,Official file will update your baseband version also

I will only repeat your words that this is not valid for iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 at the moment, because there is not an exploit yet created
