What is iTunes error (-1) ? - GSM-Forum

I recently picked up an iphone 4 with a badly smashed screen and was told it did not power on. I removed the logic board (which seemed fine and there was no water damage) and put it in a working iphone 4.
The phone booted but seemed stuck on the apple logo. The computer recognized it and iTunes said the phone can not be synced because it was passlock protected, but the phone remained on the Apple logo.
I tried a restore with 2 different computers and different cables and both came up with error negative 1 (iTunes error -1), which is different than error 1. I tried DFU restore and same problem.
Anyone know what error -1 is and how to fix it?

its baseband problem..............change ur bb chip

same problem year also in 3gs no wifi no bluthoot ipod cannt connect itunes restored nedded -1 error how can change bb chip
