locked 4S - IOS 8.4 GSIM9 Pro - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Can I activate my IPHONE 4s , IOS 8.4 and RSIM 9 Pro ?

I've an Iphone 4s and it had IOS 5, an old GEVEY card. it worked perfect last month. But one day, I updated to IOS 8.4 with Itunes , bought a new RSIM 9 and after installing the RSIM 9 Pro, it got blocked.

The problem is that I can't restore any backup (Itunes doesn't allow me because it's blocked), I can't downgrade to any IOS because it's blocked-

What can I do ?

Some help ?
The phone is BLOCKED and asks for "activation required"

activate it with original carriers sim which the iphone is locked to.
then use r sim 9. network will come without any trouble
