30 Pinout Connector - like real iPhone - HELP!!

I have a fake iphone, with an uncommon connector with 30 pin, but is like the connector of a real iPhone.
I am trying to find tx, rx and gnd pin for flashing the phone.
These are some pictures of the connector:

I have follow the tutorial of the member "Unknown®":
1. Plug your new connector into your phone, with solder pads/pins exposed
2. Put Multimeter into fault-check. (or if unavailable, then it’s highest resistance range)
3. Keep negative Multimeter probe on negative battery connector in phone.
4. Touch each pin of the connector in sequence with the other probe until you hear a beep ( or see 0.000 resistance )
5. Note this connector pin as GNDPin
6. Now install battery and switch on Phone
7. Put Multimeter into DC voltage measurement
8. Keep negative Multimeter probe on GNDPin
9. Touch other pins of the connector in sequence and note pins that have voltage between 2.6 and 2.9 volts.(be careful not to short pins )
10. You should end up with a list of 2 or 3 pins. RX and TX will be among these.
11. Try all combinations of RX and TX with these pins you found.

I have find 4 possible GND pin... How can i find the real GND for flash the phone?

this GND you found still are 0V when battery is inside and phone ON?
if yes i think you can take the one you want for build your cable, because this GND are connected on the mainboard....
don't forget to post the final pinout who works!

there is different way to chek but:
if you put battery and you turn on your phone, put the + of multimeter on the + of battery.with the - of multimeter you check all your gnd, you should found 3.7v....
so first what do you want to use as tool?
i think you should open your phone and check chip inside, because if this is a spd chip i think you need usb cable, not rx-tx and gnd.....

so i think infinity can do the job and yes you need tx, rx and GND.
if i was you i will try with all GND one by one, but i think every gnd on the connector can be used....
so try to use infinity for detect the chip... and you will see info

I have buy HL Usb to Serial Rs232

When I have istalled it, the driver say it is PL-2303 USB-Serial.

I have try to flash the phone.
I have connect the pin 2 of the serial cable (maybe TX) with the pin 28 of the phone, the pin 3 (maybe RX) with the pin 29, and the pin 5 with the pin 16.
I have used SpiderMan software, but when I have press the power button of the phone, the phone switch-on immediately.

After, I have try to invert the pin 28 with 29, so I have connect the pin 2 of the serial cable with the pin 29 of the phone, the pin 3 with the pin 28, and the pin 5 always with the pin 16.
Now, with SpiderMan software, when I have push the power button of the phone, the phone not switch-on immediately. After about 50-60 seconds that I was pushing the power button, SpiderMan say:

Possibly target power up too early.
[MTK] Close COM2 success!

and the phone switch-on.

and what do you plug in this adapter?
if you use usb>>rs232 , you need rs232 to ttl interface for connect your phone: for exemple the old serial univeral interface, max232 (max3232) based...
after from this interface you can take your tx, rx and gnd.

is your serial cable max232 based?
if the phone not power on immediatly, could mean your pinout is ok.....
maybe software pb.
do you use original spiderman software?

so ok in fact you buy serial cable pl2303 based, not pl2303 adapter?
in this case, this should be ok.
and what about the software?
