i need some help for this unit 5310 china dual sim. before i format this unit, unit was hang so deside to format using infinity i maked back up full flash and eeprom but some appear in my screen can't detect ffs/eeprom area i chose ok and it continue reading for back up after i maked back up i format the unit but still some appear in my screen i cleck ok again and it continue after formating unit dead i make sp unlock but same result unit is dead i try to flashed my other back up but same result i download in infinity support area and flash but unit still dead. need help.... tnx advance and mery xmas...

update my tread coz till now i don't know what to do if it is hardwar or software problem, i need your expertize for my unit 5310 china dual sim. even i didn't know or i do not sure if flash ic problem i maked reheat, reflow and reball but sad to say same result i tried also reheat cpu mt6225 but sad to say nothing hapine to what i'v done. oh *** i don't know how to explaine to my costomer what hapine to her unit. tnx advance to everyone who give there time to help my problem.

this problem only gives when flash chip is damaged

hardware problem inside set
