easily u can search pinout by any device br..

also try these-

See DOT below top to bottom

type-1
====================
4 = tx
5 = rx

type= 2
====================
tx = 1
rx = 2

but i think tx rx on ur pcb 5 and 6 no pin, try,,

pin 2 is GND
and I've try many combinations but for nothing

cos phone is completely dead so ....
