hi i am try to connect my chinease made phone mtk bassed prossessor but its not connecting to my pc it seems to me there is drivers isue it says mtp usb device in drivers manager but of the same brand phone most of them do connect of diffrent models plz help

I tried resetting the phone but most "apps" are no longer there likely a keyboard app which is critical.
