HiPhone display on and off cycle

about a week old
it is a 4G+++ MT6235
Duel sim, wifi, 4 band
Worked fine a few days, then if a sim is installed the display
goes on and off, remove the sim and it stays on
and acts normal. Tried a different sim and same thing would happen
Tried a factory reset, did not solve the problem
Any ideas I may be missing
thanks

Update

There are two sims
If I put a sim in the bottom slot and one in the top it cycles
If I put one in the top only it seems to stop and act normaly
I will test to see if I just put one in the bottom

Ok only seems to cycle if I put a sim in the bottom sim slot

New update
I can have both sims in place just dont activate the bottom sim
So under settings, Duel sim settings, set Only SIM1 open and it works fine.

Trouble locating software

I looked in the Download Software & Flashfiles
I did not see anything for the HiPhone MT6225
I downloaded a program called MTK6.8 but it does not seem to connect
using the USB cable to the phone.
So
1. Do I need a special USB cable
2. If I do need a secial cable where might I purchase that.
3. Where could one download the firmware for the HiPhone
Now I know that there are hundreds of versions of these phones
It is MT6225 4G+++ with Wifi, 4quad, duel sim, touch screen
and has the fake iPhone printings on the back of it.
