if still this prob check power key diode if power ic 6205 otherwise change power

But i have a china mobile phone with same situation. And there is no usb jeck, only a charging pin (nokia n70) and a handsfree jeck .

if ur phone is having power switch like nokia.. i mean on the top of body or routine keypad boot??
if there is on off switch on the top of the mobile check the switch if its short on ground that automaticaly starts mobile

all china usb and chargig jek near capacitor is short open this capasitor this capacitor trak to direct on off button open this ur problame solw
