Backlight not off - GSM-Forum

In many chaina phones coming with a problem, after a call come its back light not off,

After formatting backlight ok, but after incoming call problem exist, changed power ic, cpu....
formatted , flashed, read from ok set and wrote

Problem exists, Tell me a solution

it coming in new handsets, t33,s90,t99...............

me too have that problem after flashing set went dead pls help model t33i

i have same problem with t33 light not off,
anyone help us.
