A big problem in the Box vepro

Now begun to show a Started problem in the Box vepro, as follows

Welcome to uses Xintel box.
GuangZhou VicEasy Http: / / www.VE100.com www.xintel.com.cn
find available comport ...
manual COM: COM3
COM3 connect to box.
can't connect to box.
>> warn: don't connect datacable to phone.



Did not help with any software solutions ... I ask the specialists and technical support for this box review because this imbalance will lose its reputation in the market and also to the customers

Did u attach dongle to pc or did u install driver setup? from which exe did u select to run xintel? Check one by one box will work.

xentel box and vpro box has diffirent driver,,if your box color is black just download the driver for xentel

box vepro Used by the color blue ... We have used all driver but the same problem .... If the problem in the driver, the problem Will appear (sn error) and not

>> warn: don't connect datacable to phone.

I think that this problem was a result of short inside the box there was a phone connected box

Open my computer property then open device manager then open port(com and LPT) then open prolific usb to com port then go to port setting and click on advance and change com port to other one by one your problem will solove
