Did u try avi,mp4,3gp and other format?
Try one by one and check whether it plays video or not

brather i try avi 3gp mp4 not suported this phone suport TrueMpeg4 song .

when you take video by this phone video camera, which format its have on u-disk? r u check this.

if not, make a video with this phone and save than see which format, than collect this format song and put in your phone, hope work.

and truempeg4 have many many type, so fist confirm which type its support than put.
