anybody have a diagram or charging ways of this unit or a charging tricks????????? pls........share........ thanks!

anybody encounter this problem.... charging for a while and then it appear on screen " Charger bad contact" ??? instead of charging the battery, the battery become empty but not grounded. Anybody have an idea on this????? pls share.........thanks!!!!

Motly the charger is faulty.
