if say "file error restore default" , its Mtk (mt6253 probably)

You can repair with avator, gpg superdoctor, miracle, etc..

First make backup of NV

This is Mtk 6252a cpu. Need to usb flash. now a days few boxes support it. especialy volcano can do it few second. Personally i have done this phone several times.
