MT6235 Star TV C5000 dual sim - GSM-Forum

I bought recently one of these. It seems it is the same with F003, Foo6, V709 etc. , with different case. I have the following problems:
1. The sound is very low and even i change the audio settings, nothing happens.
2. It has 2 different call logs, for each SIM. The problem is the second one doesn't show the name of the caller.

Any Ideas to solve these. Thanks in advance.

same things at mine too, the second sim doesn't show the name of the caller, only the number

Daca ne mai confirma inca cineva inseamna ca e o limitare de soft, sau trebuie sa umblam prin "engineer settings". La tine se schimba ceva cand modifici setarile la "sound effects" ("bass enhancement", "3D surround" ?

If somebody else has the same symptom that means it is a software limitation - or it is an option in "engineer settings" ?! Can anyone illuminate us ?

Aplying the "factory settings" does not solves the problems - not in my case anyway, so i'm open to any suggestion.

nimic, nici o diferenta, eu am modificat in engineer settings doar nivelul de sunet la speech si acum pot sa dau mai tare si pe speaker si normal, am volum, inainte era incet rau

Nvm reset ur phone using any chinese tool like spiderman ,magic box etc.

intri in meniul ala si te duci la audio la speech pe normal si ai acolo 6 trepte de volum, le modifici cum vrei sa fie volumul pt fiecare liniuta de nivel a volumului

I have brought a star C5000 with Tv.
i'm having some problem with the bluetooth and some of it setting.

May i know how to do a full factory rest or can i change the OS using cable with DIY USB cable and brother here can send me inform on this below is my set reading:

I have a Wi-Fi Mobile C5000 q not boot from infinity, I read the cable pinout L20C and found correctly pinouts RX-13 and TX-11 plus does not upload the boot to make the repair and flash.
