Cect B889 help!!!!

I have Cect B889....the problem is when i turn the phone on there is backlight on lcd for few sec and then light goes off and again on and off....also i cant go in any function in the phone.Also it seem that it find net and lose it in the same rythm as it shows backlight.It is probably sw problem so if anyone can give me link to some softweare that can flash these phone and flash cable pinout?!
I dont have expierience with this phone because there is not a lot of these phones in my country-Croatia...

u can use some crack software for chinese phones.. f.ex. mtk service tool and spiderman(for interface u can use ust,ns,jaf com ports)..but at first u have to find pinout. check pcb at first for pinout.. if not exist try to search forum..after succesfully connection to software boot the phone and add the fw details..
