I BOUGHT I CIPHONE C6 FROM CHINA
and i was installing a program that came in his storage card called diamond tv.well...the cell jammed , and i turned it off...when i turned it on the cell phone looked very strange..with a blank visor...i got panic!! like a iam now..and i pressed a buton that is right above the volume boton..now it keeps with the apple logo, and dont turn on,well it is permanent on, with the apple, and dont do anything!!!! WHAT HAPPEND???? PLEASE HELP ME i am very desesperate!!!!!!!!

how to i install a new rom file in the phone?

Maybe you installed a virus ?

You need to do a couple of things
1) Find the flash file for your make and model
2) Get a hardware device/box that will allow you to put this flash file back on.

If it's brand new maybe send it back and ask them to fix it for you ?
