phone ask a security code when start,tryed the standard codes like 1234-1122-5678 etc but not unlock,customer not know what code have.
important! i cant use keys *# for make a factory default,i can use only the number keyboard soft touch 0 to 9.
any help tnks.

YOU CAN'T GENERATE A USER LOCK CODE.

For security reasons you can't generate what a user may have typed, you must know the code or factory reset/reflash.
