cellular network disabled ? - GSM-Forum

I have a Cubot s note i have been using for about 6months yesturday i went to text and it says..cellular network disabled..i can not text or ring out on the mobile...however i CAN receive texts and calls?? any ideas? I have the network symbol is on the top of the phona and the 3g symbol... i am at a loss as how to sort this.. i have not messed with any settings or anything on the phone.. Please can anyone help me out here? I am on O2 network in uk..as i say the phone was working fine
