Hello

I have problem with Cesim A9530, when I am trying to call then I see information "not allowed to dial" of course when someone call to me then is ok.

It happen after change option on WLAN ONLY in network setting. I can`t change on gsm preffered because then I see "unfinished".

Maybe someone know what download/upload new firmware for this phone ?

Simply do 'Restore factory settings' .

Heh it is not simply my friend, I tryed many times restore to default setting but still is the same problem "not allowed to dial" So I think that only reflash the phone can be good idea. I need solution what download/upload firmware to the phone. ( maybe spiderman box for MTK platform ? )

Have you Spiderman device or cracked? If yes' then read your phone's flash and show its detail here

Hmm yes, but problem is with cable, I only found L18A but this cable required spiderman box. So now I can`t flash the phone

Hi Masters,
I have this same handset A9530, it connects to my wireless network, but when i try to browser using Opera Mini 3 that came installed on it, Opera Mini tells me cannot connect, any ideas as to what is going on here?

opera needs a data connections ...simply by being connected to wifi isnt enough you need to config youre phone to tell it to use data conection via wifi.Touch/select network icon on screen....touch wap...touch setings..touch profiles...touch sim1...select your wap service if entered or wlan for wireless...touch ok.. touch activate profile or ok ...done..exit
any apps now requiring data access will aquire them via wifi...
ok for opera,safari,google maps etc...to use mail(email)you need to use same method but input valid data plan from youre sp

yo restore to default only clears your personal stuff entered...to see what factory default is set at type *#66*#
please dont reflash the phone you'll end up with an expensive piece of plastic...reflashing sounds good but then you need to find correct software compatable with the right ver java app etc,ect....
I have the method to fix the not allowed to dial prob plus many other issues...
simply email me for the fix and any other questions ...
wanna boost your battery for longer periods and stronger wifi ?

Im Press the "call"-button and type in *#66*# phone in factory mode
Im Press the "call"-button and type in *#9646633# Phone dont In Enginere mode Nopthing im press *#9646633#
