cesim V800 problem!

Hello everyone,
I am an Italian boy and I had a gift the CESIM V800.

The phone has the following problem: when I connect the CESIM V800 via the USB cable (the one present in the box) to my laptop with Win XP SP3, the cell displays the image of the battery charger, then if I try to turn on the phone, it seems the image of the apple and immediately after the display goes completely dark (NB this problem occurs even if the phone is not 'connected to the notebook).

At this point, if you try to touch the screen, it lights up blue for less than 1 second and immediately after this process the screen returns to black out completely.
I tried to do some research on the problem but have not found anything;
I followed the following post "China MTK Based Phones briefing" to try to flash
the phone, but from the post above is written that I can't run to the flash with the supplied cable (USB Data Cable).

Now, my question is: What should I do?
1) buy some cable to flash the cell (if yes, which?)
2) send it in for service (if yes, where?)
3) the phone is broken.

I look even a your answer.

P.S.: Sorry, for my bad English.

In my opinion looks like a boot problem but I am not fully sure.
Thanks in advance and hope someone can answer me.

Actually it seems easier to find a cable to run the flash, which find a service center.
I read that there are these boxes (Infinity, Spiderman), but not performing repairs
on phones I think it's an unnecessary expense (200 ~ 300 euros).
I recently saw the following post, which explains how to create a cable to run the flash of the phones Chinese
