China BENQ C30 restart and hang problem - GSM-Forum

sir
i have a China BENQ C30 phone.
when put the bettery in to set,
then power on and hang,any key
not work.

what can i do for this problem?

Hello,

At first check phone hardware, be sure that phone has no water inside.
Then (if you are sure that hardware is Ok) you can make format ffs, don\'t forget to restore original imei after this operation.

Change or repair logic strip it will work. Dont try to do another way.
