This is what my china iphone looks like. It has a built in games and application installed already, java platform. Is there anyway that I can install apps in here that will stay in the phones memory?

Because when I like to play games, I have to open my file manager first, locate it in my micro sd then install it. My problem is, I have to install the app everytime i want to use it. Is there a way to make the app permanently installed in the phones memory? so that I wont have to install it over and over again from my memory card. I tried using the iphone's usb cable and plug it in my laptop but It wont detect my iphone. theres no notification appearing in the windows. im using windows 7 ultimate btw.

Please help me with this matter.. Thank you in advance.

Also i may just add, my iphone supports .jar files
