I did what u say, just use rx tx and grnd, then nothing happen, no matter how I press the power botton china mobile now.i am use mtk 3.20 mtk 4.1 and spiderman 2.20 all crack dawnload link i am send.
this is jaf rj45 pinout
1- vcc (4.5V -4.8V)

4- RX (phone tx)
5- TX (phone rx)

8- vpp (tx2 on bb5) (phone rx2)

dear gopal have u test it?if yes then post complete guide.i would like to say it took much handwork and time to make cables the better solution is to buy china software like xintel,dr or spider and stop wasting time and energy in risky works.
