Hi everyone,

How do I activate the onscreen keypad during a call?

I am trying to load my F003 with a Globe Pre-Paid Card, which requires me to call a number (223) then enter a series of numbers and a pin number to load credits.

I tried following instructions in the "Dial Fixed Extension Phone Number" area of the manual, by using a "P" to separate the numbers, but it won't work.

Any help would be much appreciated- thanks

Hi,

I had the same problem in the first days. In the bottom of the screen at the middle there is a green point, click there and the keypad will open.
