china phone :"top gm829 platinum"(?) - GSM-Forum

hello dear friend,i bought a phone from china,this is it:

i'd like to manage it with my pc,maybe to change firmware,put games on it,use it as a connection modem,but i can't find a way for the pc to manage it,i tryed with mtk drivers,and they are ok,they assing com4 port,but software PcSyncManager doesn't work with it.
Can anyone help me please?firmware version is " GM829_11703_060726NN ",under the battery ther is written "top gm829".

no my friend this does not work,i allready wrote this,my pc assigns my phone com port 4 with mtk drivers,but when i open that software,if i choose com4,nothing happens.and what about firmware?
