First call to police inquiry center and confirm first the phone status.I Think it's a Block fone from police.And unblocking is illegal in our country.So better to don't do this job for any further problem.

All the chinese mobiles blocked by CPLC in Pakistan because all the chinese IMEi is same.
One person report to stolen imei in CPLC and now all blocked coz imei is same almost all chinese miracle.

hi chek it on pta imei stolen but not found in imei stolen reported.plz seach all gsm brother on this problem

there bis only one solution for this problem brothers ater u format any china phone repair imei and then give it to the customers as long as the imeis are ok the problem will be cleared

Yes Now u will be only Having problems on Mobilink`s SIMS..... all other are working Fine now ......... it will also get resolvled within 3 days........... or may be some hours....
