china androis google account cant reset

hello forum members i wan to reset google account in china tablet cherry any 1 can tell how to reset it i was already tried volume - & volume + im waiting 4 urs repply guys

Before you perform this unlock you must remove the sim card and sd card or it will not reset! With the phone turned of, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button. Wait for the screen with the 3 Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button. Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER.

if you phone is open as shown as pic then u can do it other way also, that is go to setting and do factory reset.

then old google account + user data will be erase and u can put a new 1.

sir thanks 4 urs repply but if i press and hold - or + volume button and then trying to press power button its not turn on and if simply just press power button then its switch on ( not going recovery mode )

you pres just Vol Down and power when show green writing pres Vol up 10 second
phone show android icon drag this icon and drop to side
now Use the volume up/down to choose and home to select
