It wIll not solve the problem the e71 chinese phones normaly dont came whit wrong imei try to make one fullflash if it not solve the problem rehot the signal área in PCB if not solve again chance the p.a or the frequency ic mear the power amplifier

In the Dragon
Format
after done
go to IMEI
tick the AUTO Sum
and input the IMEI
after click the start
you check it working or no?

if no,just write the NV will ok

also you can try INRAM boot flash mobile(if mobile is MTK 6253)
