Forme phone heats up with battery - GSM-Forum

The model was mini i5130, the phone heats up when battery inderted and shows a message on the screen "Charge Voltage over thresold" and the cpu heats up instantly. the phone has problem with call, received and charging. What might be the possible reason with this? could anyone provide the best solution for this? waiting for your great help.
BTW : The phone is based on SPREADTRUM CPU
