G Five Dead Need HELP

Today I received a G Five N79i in dead position. I attach mobile with DC Power Supply, and press power button, Current goes to 11 to 12 in a second and return to 2 or some time 1 and stay there as long as I release the button, and when I release the button then current is 0.00 (No flow). I check battery terminal resistance, its OK. I also check VBAT on some components, they all ok. I don’t have any schematic or guide of this phone, so I can’t trace its problem. If any member have any info of this phone please share it, I really thanked for them. Please HELP me.

History of this phone:
As customer said me that, last night mobile battery goes down and phone was switched off, he charges his mobile without switching on. In the morning he try to switch on his mobile, but it was dead now.

I didn't try it because my box is dead. Sir can i do USB Flashing, If yes then please tell me how to do it.
