Watch phone cabel - USB or COM ?

Hi all,

my todays secont post.

I have read the post about building USB cabel for chinese phone.
But.
My Q8 watch phone has some COM port emulation. When I connet USB to computer, phone offers me Mass storage, Web Cam, or COM port.
It create emulated COM port.
But with this emulation I can not connect the phone to Spiderman or Flashtools or to any other cracked box.
I can download and upload phonebook, files, SMSs to the phone or sim card, but I think that is all.

The Q8 watch phone use 12-pin mini USB. The charger/phonebook data cable has six pin soldered, 2x GRN, 2x red VCC, 1x Tx, 1x Rx.

Can you advice me ? Do I need to build new COM cabel ? I did not noticed that anyone has phone with build in COM emulation.

What do you recommend me ?

Hi All,
I did some thinking about the flashing theory.

By using tools like FlashTool or Spiderman, the phones has to be connected as switched off thanyou have to press phone read button and finally then the phone on/off button should be pushed? And any flashtool should read phone, if the cabel is correct and phone working ?
Am I correct ?

If yes, than the emulated COM port, which my q8 watch phone is capable off, is no use, because the COM is emulated only when the phone is fully switched on. Than Flashtools etc... can not read phone propetly.

I guess, I will have to make other COM cable for correct phone reading in any flashing software ?
