g'five u608 sim registration failed

is it the hardware or software problem

sim 2 is working but sim 1 says sim registration failed

plz anybody give me the solution

Sim 1 imei is blocked you need to write new imei.But before this action check your country laws.

yes bro change serial number 10000000% work.

and i tried many sets
