Help for cect a818 gaoxinqi mobile
 

I am using a cect a818 (gaoxinqi) mobile.the pc doesnot sense it when connected. The mobile asks for the connection of mass storage,webcam & com port.when clicked for mass storage it doesnot get connected to pc & the icon of memory card from mobile file menu disappears. Also the message of tv output appears when the headphone is connected. Please help me to sort out the problem. Also help with the pc suite of the same mobile. I am using xp & i have checked the usb port
