[HELP]I need the Original Flash File for SciPhone i68

▬ Hi, I accidentally pressed the "High Speed SIM" when the phone was on Engineering Mode. After 3 seconds the phone shutdown and i can't turn it on again. I already brought it to a repair shop but they can't find the exact flash file for this phone. Now i was wondering if i can get it myself and bring it back to the repair shop.

▬ Does anyone has a direct link where i can download the original/default flash file of a SciPhone i68? It really looks like an iPhone4 color white.

Before the phone was bricked, using UC Browser 7.4 with its file manager i saw a file named "SCIPHONEI68" and the file size is negative. When i plugged it to a computer i cannot see the file. Maybe that is the flash file, is it?
