[T-Mobile Sidekick PV300] Perform a hard reset

To perform a hard reset under the Sharp Sidekick PV300:

First turn off you phone and remove the:
Battery
SIM card
Memory card

Flick the screen to access the keypad

Press and hold the R key and re-insert the battery
The phone will reboot several time, make sure that you don't release the R key until the reboot process is completed
Finally you can replace your SIM and Memory card.
