i know i'm probably posting in the wrong place but i dunno where to go to ask for help and i hope one of you could help me.

i recently bought a ciPhone C6 and well... the GPS isn't working, it can't get a location lock. anyone else came across this problem and knows how to fix it?
please help... and i apologize in advance for posting in the wrong place.

i seen many china phone which have GPS option but not work, maybe its like a false option,

or you can try to go a open place or top floor roof of your building, because gps don't work in indoor.
