After selecting Nfb operation if u want to format nand flash chip just auto format from format option.

How To Judge Flash capicty Of ur Mobile .If u Judge Flash Capicty of ur mobile then it is easy for u to find a good format address for ur mobile.

Normally the content of the flash is 8M or 16M,when backup or unlock you should enter the right address.Now i show you how to judge a flash's content.

First we set the address to 8M no matter it's 8M or 16M,when backup we can get information from the software like above:in the middle of information bar we see "128+32",it means the content of the flash is 16;if it tells "32+8" then we can know that the flash is a 4M ;if it shows "64+16" then the flash is a 8M

After confirming the content of the flash we can correct the address to right numbers backup the whole flash.

32Mb+8Mb=====4M Flash
64Mb+16Mb=====8M Flash
128Mb+32Mb=====16M Flash

Check this that phone have no nand flash chip thats y in picture not showing nand flash chip like in ist pic .(in ist pic after nand SAMSUNG K9K1208X0C is written and that is nand flash chip.)
