use volcano box tested by me 100% solution it may be mtk chip....

Is that an Android device? If so, try to boot into the recovery mode (maybe press and hold power and volume+), from there do a factory reset. Everything should be wiped, including the passcode.

Just unlock by volcano, you cannot unlock by code so just use this tool and unlock it.
